Josh was a true pro and got a new tire on our rental mid road trip within an hour on what looked like a pretty busy day at the shop. Really kind and helpful. Great experience.

The man who spoke to me at the counter was lovely but the one who was trying to tell me about the issue with my car wouldn't give me a straight answer, was talking to me like he was both afraid of my reaction and also like I wouldn't understand him. I will also say the bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. Tires went on fine but I was not impressed.

Josh was so helpful and accommodating for us! My sister drove >14 hours from out of state and late this afternoon we noticed that one of her tires was completely flat. She picked up 2 nails on her journey. Concerned because of the lateness in the time of day, We called VIP and Josh advised that he could look at the tire and try to help if we got there prior to closing. We made it there and Josh expertly checked all of her tires and checked his inventory. Because of nail placement, she ended up needing a new tire after all. Josh and his team gave us true VIP treatment by helping my sister so quickly and efficiently when we pulled in at the end of their day. Thank you so much, Josh!!!! We appreciated your help so much!!

I experienced an issue with my appointment creation online, so when I showed up to drop my car off and my appointment wasn't in the books I started the panic! The two men at the service desk went out of their way not only to check other locations, but we're willing to set me up with same day service immediately! Josh took time to walk me through tire options and was very transparent with pricing and what services I would need or not need. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and patience. I will be coming back for all my cars needs forever!
